1. SCOPE

1.1 This standard applies to a one-component silicone rubber based joint-sealing compound that cures essentially by evaporation of the solvent present.

1.2 Intended Uses -The compounds are used in interior and exterior joints that have movements up to +/- 25%. They are not suitable for traffic areas or for areas subjected to continuous water immersion.

1.2.1 The compound is intended for application to clean, dry substrates within an air temperature range of 5 to 30C.
