Full Description

This standard applies to liquid asphalt materials in the form of aqueous emulsions of the anionic type (Note 1) suitable for road construction and similar purposes and consisting essentially of paving asphalts dispersed in water.

Note 1: Emulsions of the cationic type are covered by a separate standard, CAN/CGSB-16.4-M.
