Full Description

This standard applies to asbestos-cement drain and waste system pipe suitable for use above and below ground, inside buildings for drain, waste and vent systems and as rainwater leaders for roof drainage. This pipe is also known as asbestos-cement soil pipe.

The testing and evaluation of a product against this standard may require the use of materials and/or equipment that could be hazardous.
