ATIS/ANSI 0300228.2011

This standard is the first in a series of standard that specify interface requirements between Operations Systems (OSs) across jurisdictional boundaries. It describes a set of Fault Management functional area services for Operations Administration, Maintenance, and Provisioning (OAM) applications. The current issue of this standard addresses only trouble administration. Other parts of fault management, such as testing and alarm surveillance, will be addressed in future issues.
