Specifies requirements for the design, construction and performance of signs in the form of an illuminated flashing arrow, for use in the temporary diversion of vehicular traffic. Provides for three basic types of sign, including those designed for truck or trailer mounting. Does not cover the use of these signs in specific road situations.
