AASHTO M 316-99 (2003)

This specification covers a grade of polymer-modified cationic emulsified asphalt for use in pavement construction in the manner designated. The modifier may be either a solid or latex polymer. The modifier may be added either to the asphalt binder or during the emulsification process.
