ETSI EN 301 215-1

Generate a part 3 to EN301-215 to detail minimum performance characteristics for antennas used in multipoint DRRS in the 40GHz band. Additionally to modify the part 1 to align with the generation of a part 3 and to clarify terminology regarding multipoint systems.
