ETSI TS 101 388

Revisions to TS 101 388 V1.1.1 (1998-10) aimed at: -completing those elements in the TS that are shown as for further study; -updating ETR 328 and incorporating it into a TS; -incorporate those issues relevant to ADSL, resulting from the TM6 spectral compatibility study; -resolving the issue of which cross references to use; -taking account of relevant work done elsewhere.
