ANSI/ASA S2.47-1990 (R2001)
Vendor Note: This standard provides guidelines for the measurement of building vibrations and evaluation of their effects on buildings. It is theU.S. counterpart of the International Standard ISO 4866-1990. It is intended to establish the basic principles for carrying outvibration measurements and processing data, with regard to evaluating vibration effects on buildings. The evaluation of theeffects of building vibration is primarily directed at structural response, and includes appropriate analytical methods where thefrequency, duration and amplitude can be defined.
