Due to the extensive community growth anticipated in the southern part of the East Windsor Township, the Utilities Master Plan recommended that a new water supply well be installed and that a new water treatment plant be constructed in the southern part of town, which is a developing residential community. This paper describes the master plan and overall effort to build this treatment plant in the community.
