Full Description

The Operator Training Committee of Ohio, Inc. (OTCO), is the designated operator training agency for the State of Ohio. This paper focuses on peer groups, continuity, innovation, role models, faith and confidence, mentoring, and involvement as the foundation of the training vehicle. Current activities and objectives are presented. The five members of the Ohio Section's Education Committee are, by virtue of their committee appointments, the five OTCO Trustees representing the Ohio Section AWWA.
