Full Description

In 1989 the Soviet Union invited a delegation from the USA who would represent the water utility industry, to go to the Soviet Union and meet with their counterparts in various cities and utilities. Presently they are using helium, as a leak tracer for inspecting all types of waterworks to determine their hydraulic parameters or leaks. An overview of specific leak detection applications since 1968 is given.
