It is the writer's opinion that the new Design Standard, the revised C301 (AWWA Standard for Prestressed Concrete Pressure Pipe, Steel-Cylinder Type, for Water and Other Liquids) and the updated M9 Manual (Concrete Pressure Pipe), will present a complete picture on how to design, manufacture and use prestressed concrete cylinder pipe.
