Full Description

To control water quality in the distribution system, one must know the residence time and the concentration of various compounds at any given point. A software, PICCOLO, developed by SAFEGE, makes it possible to model residence time in the network. Added to the software is a module that integrates the modeling of free chlorine. This paper describes the models in technical detail.
