For the last two years, the City of Austin Water Conservation Program has offered a 45-minute school assembly program for grades 1-4. This paper explains the program which is designed to promote behavior changes which help achieve water conservation goals and to provide theatrical and educational content that satisfies elementary school administrators, teachers and students.
