Full Description

Promulgation of the Information Collection Rule (ICR) is significantly behind schedule. Although many water utilities have been preparing to comply with the ICR, technical and developmental issues have extended its final development. Some of the key issues that have yet to be fully resolved are reviewed here, such as: which systems will monitor; data flow; microbial methods; implementation and enforcement; unfunded mandates; and scheduling.
